Privacy policy
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for those who visit the hospitaldivision.com website and use its contact forms.

What data we process
- Data you send us via the forms (quote requests, requests for drawings and certifications): full name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, door type and message text.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser, pages visited and times, collected by the systems that run the site and, only with your consent, by Google Analytics.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your requests and send you quotes, datasheets, drawings and documents: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To manage the site and ensure its security: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To measure use of the site in aggregate form with Google Analytics: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may refuse or withdraw at any time.
We do not use your data to send you newsletters or promotional communications without your specific consent.
Who we share it with
The data is processed by authorised staff of Engineering Marketing s.r.l. To run the site we use providers acting as data processors: the site's hosting service, the Web3Forms service that forwards messages sent via the forms to our email inbox, Google (Google Analytics, only with consent, and Google Fonts for the site's fonts) and the cdnjs and jsDelivr content delivery networks from which the site loads the 3D model libraries. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR. The data is not disclosed to the public.
How long we keep it
Contact request data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and in any case for no more than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Google Analytics statistical data is kept according to the account settings, for a maximum of 14 months.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to info@hospitaldivision.com. You can withdraw your consent to Google Analytics from the cookie policy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority, www.garanteprivacy.it).
Provision of data
Providing data in the forms is optional, but without your name, email and message we cannot reply to your request.
