Airtightness tested in a notified laboratory.

Our hermetic doors, sliding and hinged, have been tested for air permeability at Istituto Giordano, a notified laboratory under EU Regulation 305/2011. Documented results, supporting CE marking and hospital specifications.

3D simulations

The airtightness tests, in overpressure and underpressure.

The airflows measured by Istituto Giordano on our hermetic doors, compared with the class 1 limit of UNI EN 12207. Choose the door, the room condition and the pressure difference.

Real values: Istituto Giordano test report no. 422735/17799/CPR, values in overpressure and underpressure, door 990 × 2200 mm (2.178 m²). The ordinary door is the class 1 limit of UNI EN 12207. The gusts are a representation: their intensity follows the airflows.

Why a CPR report matters

The strongest proof a designer can ask for.

A report issued under the CPR follows the rules of the harmonised standard and is valid for the Declaration of Performance (DoP) and CE marking.

  • Notified laboratory no. 0407 under EU Reg. 305/2011
  • Laboratory test, on a test bench under controlled conditions
  • Classification with no exemptions on the pressure range

The test reports

The measured values, door by door.

Airflow with the door closed, averaged between overpressure and underpressure, as stated in the Istituto Giordano reports.
