The main features


Finish
Stainless steel or aluminium and plastic laminate in different paint finishes.

Motor
Each door is driven by a state-of-the-art, energy-saving motor that ensures quiet operation, durability and low maintenance.

Safety
Each door is operated by a touch sensor, thus avoiding direct contact with the system.The two safety radars reduce the risk of accidental impacts when closing, making the door extremely safe.

Accessories
It is possible to choose different options such as double glazing, steel handle, door opening sensor, interlocking system or anti-x.




 

The hermetic seal


Hermetically sealed slides

The hermetically sealed sliding door can be supplied manually or automatically, in both cases the type of operation will remain the same.

Movement 

The main element of the hermetically sealed sliding door is movement. In the final stages of closing, the door will perform a "lowering" movement towards the floor and "approaching" the wall.

Gasket

The gaskets designed and produced specifically for our profile ensure that the door adheres perfectly to the wall.

Electronics

The use of brushless motors increases efficiency and reduces power consumption, is classifiable as a wear-free motor type and its operating life is approximately ten times longer, drastically reducing the frequency of maintenance.

Hermetically sealed swing doors

In the case of hinged doors, sealing is ensured by the pressure of the gaskets on the casing.

The gasket, which is the same as the one used in the hermetic sliding door, is applied by means of an interlocking system on the three sides of the door, while a hydraulic bayonet gasket is applied on the underside. When closing, the gasket under the door is activated by the pressure of the two sensors on the outside.

Non-contact opening

If required, all doors can be opened by touch sensors, placed inside and outside the room.
The sensor is installed inside the part, avoiding the accumulation of dust.  
This ensures maximum hygiene by avoiding direct contact with the system.

Stainless steel door for airtightness

The hermetically sealed stainless steel entrance door has no corners or recesses to prevent the accumulation of dust and to facilitate cleaning. It is 60 mm thick, made of fireproof extruded polystyrene sandwich-type panels and an outer covering of sheet steel on both sides. It is supplied with wall-covering casings with rounded corners, also made of stainless steel.

 

The aluminium door for airtightness


This type of door is made with an aluminium profile of our own design and coplanar plastic laminate panels, without corners and recesses to prevent the accumulation of dust and to facilitate cleaning.

The door is 60 mm thick and consists of an extruded fireproof polystyrene internal panel glued under a press, an internal frame in aluminium boxes and a HPL laminate panel in different colours.

 

ANTI X
for aluminium and steel doors


In the version with lead shielding, the sliding door is supplied with:

DOOR with a total thickness of 64 mm, made of sandwich type panels with internal lead sheet, 2 mm thick and 99.9% pure;

SHUTTER COVER, made in three parts (architrave and 2 uprights), of press-bent AISI 304 steel sheet (1 mm thick), with internal lead sheet, 2 mm thick and 99.9% pure. Rounded corners r ≥ 15 mm.

The continuity of the shielding system of the sash/panel/shielded wall is also guaranteed by the 80 mm overlaps between the sash and the panel and between the panel and the shielded wall.
