Antibacterial COVID-19

Each door can be supplied with a certified antibacterial and antiviral treatment, 24 hours a day permanently against viruses and bacteria including COVID-19.

The treatment, featuring nanoparticles, involves the application of an invisible and permanent film over the entire door (panel, aluminium frame and handle)

The main characteristics

Each door is driven by a state-of-the-art, energy-saving motor that ensures quietness, durability and low maintenance.

Each door is operated via a touch sensor, thus avoiding direct contact with the system.

The two safety radars reduce the risk of accidental impacts when closing, making the door extremely safe.

The hermetic

Hermetic sliding doors

The hermetic sliding door can be supplied manual or automatic, in both cases the type of operation will remain the same.

The Movement

The main element of the hermetically sealed sliding door is its movement.
In the final stages of closing, the door will perform a 'downward' movement towards the floor and 'upward' movement towards the wall.

Gaskets

The gaskets designed and manufactured specifically for our profile ensure that the door adheres perfectly to the wall.

Electronics

The use of brushless motors increases efficiency and reduces power consumption, is classifiable as a wear-free motor type, and its operating life is approximately ten times longer, drastically reducing the frequency of maintenance work.

Hermetic swing doors

In the case of a swing door, the hermetic seal is ensured by the pressure of the gaskets on the perimeter casing.

The gasket, the same as that used in the hermetically sealed sliding door, is applied by means of an interlocking system on the three sides of the door.

At the bottom, a hydraulic bayonet seal is applied. When closing, the seal under the door will be activated by the pressure of the two sensors on the outside.

No-touch opening

If required, all doors can be started via touch sensors, placed inside and outside the room.
The sensor is installed inside the part, preventing the accumulation of dust.
This ensures maximum hygiene by avoiding direct contact with the system.

The stainless steel door for hermetic

The hermetic stainless steel entrance door has no corners or recesses to prevent dust accumulation and to facilitate cleaning.

It is 60 mm thick, constructed from fireproof extruded polystyrene sandwich-type panels and a steel plate outer skin on both sides. It is supplied with wall-covering mouldings with rounded corners, also made of stainless steel.

The aluminium door for hermetic

This type of door is made with an aluminium profile of our own design and coplanar plastic laminate panels, with no corners or recesses to prevent the accumulation of dust and to facilitate cleaning.

The door is 60 mm thick and consists of an internal panel of extruded fireproof polystyrene glued under a press, an internal frame of aluminium boxes and a panel of HPL laminate in different colours.
